Colspec successfully delivered a full transformation of the Advantage Computers office on Queen Street. The project involved completely stripping out the existing interior and removing the original façade to make way for a striking new architectural design.

To future-proof the building, the existing structure was strengthened and the roof framing upgraded, including re-pitching three roof sections to meet modern building standards. The new street-front façade features a steel frame, precast concrete panels, and a custom-designed aluminium window system that creates a bold, modern visual statement.

Inside, the space was rebuilt into high-quality open-plan offices designed for comfort, collaboration, and long-term performance.
