We were proud to partner with the Manawatū Community Trust on this meaningful community housing project in Feilding. The development includes four Lifemark®‑aligned homes, two standalone dwellings and a centrally located duplex, all designed to support accessible, inclusive, and independent living. Our team delivered full residential construction works, including site preparation, reinforced concrete foundations, timber framing, and integrated drainage and sanitary systems. Each home has been thoughtfully planned to maximise accessibility, functionality, and long‑term durability.
