Paper Plus Feilding

The Paper Plus in Feilding was part of a new 1200m2 corner development of Manchester Square built for a local owner. The new Paper Plus store has its own café and shares its space with neighbouring tenancies of BNZ Retail and BNZ Partners offices.

Consisting of 450m2 of retail space and 85m2 of café space, this project was a large scale internal demolition and refit to suit our client’s specific needs and vision. As a national brand servicing the local community, it was important to provide a finished result that was more than fit for purpose, but a place to stay for years to come.

Paper Plus is trading in the same location today and Colspec are proud to have met their needs on this build.
