Ruahine Street Development

The Ruahine Street Development comprises of a 1100m2 two storey architecturally designed building, of which the main tenant is Aon Insurance. Comprising up to eight tenancies, Colspec worked with a local architect who designed spaces to suit a range of potential local and national businesses.

An eye catching design with its tilted features and crisp white and silver colour scheme, this build is a prominent structure on a main thoroughfare in Palmerston North. With structural steel, heavy glazed exterior coverings for the footpaths, angled curtain wall systems, and many more elements, this structure was a triumph for our team that looks as good today as when it was built.

This site is also our main office site, on the second storey above the AON tenancy. We are proud to work in a structure we built and this ties in with our commitment to providing quality structures for the region.
