Caci Clinic Fitout

The new Caci Clinic premise is located in the recently completed extension to the Ruahine Street Development that already houses five existing tenants. The 185m2 fit out comprised of 7 Treatment Rooms, 3 Offices, Staff Amenities, and a Reception/Waiting Area.

The timeframe to complete the fit out, including design phase was just seven weeks. The project was able to be delivered on time without compromising on quality. This was due to the proactive stance from the client and building owner involved in the project and the exceptional effort from Colspec staff and subcontractors.
